Khata transfer, as the name indicates, is applied when the ownership of a property is transferred to another person for reasons such as sale of property, gift, will, death of the property owner, and so on so forth. Similar to other Khata documents, this document could be obtained by submitting a requisition letter to the assistant officer.
1) Title deed
2) Receipt of tax payment
3) Details of Khata
4) National savings certificate
5) Death certificate of owner, if the transfer is being pursued on the death of the owner
6) Affidavit declaring the applicants as legal heirs of the property
