Brief overview of Indian Constitution
Indian Constitution is the country's supreme code. It's a living book, and therefore an instrument that keeps the government running. The constitution contains 448 articles in 25 sections, 12 schedules, 5 appendices, and approximately 104 amendments, and it defines basic constitutional concepts, specifies the form, processes, powers, and duties of government agencies, and sets down fundamental rights as well as directive principles and the duties of people. The Indian constitution confers legislative sovereignty rather than parliamentary supremacy because it was drafted by a constituent assembly and approved by the people by a declaration in the constitution's preamble. Our constitutional attorneys/advocates, rapidly grasp the nature and scope of the case, collaborate with the client to formulate a desirable goal and a plan to accomplish it, and then bring the strategy into action.
