Infosys and the invention: strong business relation

Established in 1981, Infosys is a global consulting and IT services company listed by NYSE with more than 239k employees. It has risen from the capital of US$ 250 to become US$ 12.77 billion corporations (Q1 FY21 revenue) with a market capitalization of approximately US$ 41.14 billion.

Infosys catalyzed some of the significant changes that have led to the emergence of India as the global destination for talent in software services. The Global Distribution Model was pioneered by them and became India's first IT company to be listed on NASDAQ. Now Infosys is a worldwide pioneer in digital services and consulting for the next generation.  It allows customers to manage their digital transformation in more than 30 countries.

 

Infosys is a company that always believes in innovation and build itself pioneer in the Software industry. To succeed in innovation, the company has created the world's largest employee training facility. Innovation is the pivot element for every company, and the Infosys fallowed it. Infosys started to begin its invention journey in 1999 when it set SETLbas(software engineering and technology lab). The primary purpose of establishing the lab is to build a strong IP portfolio, along with strong investment in the invention, Infosys started to build a strong relationship between various stakeholders under the term Infosys 3.0& under 30", where it began to invite the business partners, employees, regulators, citizens who are under age 30 to conduct various meetings with senior management of Infosys. The main aim of the company is to achieve a higher income from innovation.

Later, Infosys collaborated with British telecom and created a mutual relationship about innovation and research development; this helped the Infosys to gain more reputation at the global level. Simultaneously Infosys also ranked #15 in the world's most innovative companies by Forbes.
