CONSTITUTIONALITY OF NPR

NPR( NATIONAL POPULATION REGISTER)
It register the usual residents of the country. It contains the information which is collected from local area of the country includes subdistrict, district, state and national level under Citizenship Act 1955 and Citizenship ( Registration of citizens and issue of national identity cards) Rules 2003. It Provides national identity Cards to the person who reside in India for 6 months and intend to reside for 6 months.
It will be done by Register General and ex-officio Census Commissioner, India will be start from April 2020 and will be completed by September.
DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDED WHILE VERIFICATION:-
In CAA( Citizenship Amendment Act 2019)
In NPR( National Population Register)
In NRC (National Register of Citizens)
It is Applicable in more than 52000 state government officials.
One need to provide one of the document under A and B list.
1) Birth Certificate 2) Citizenship Certificate 3) 1951 NRC 4) Electoral roll(s) up to 24 March (midnight), 1971 5) Permanent residential certificate 6) any government issued license/certificate 7) Bank or post office accounts 8) Birth Certificate 9) passport 10) Any LIC Policy 11) Court Records/Processes 12) land and tenancy records etc…..

Article 14 relates to fundamental rights to equality.
FACT’S:-
How politician violating Article 14 as per the retired member of judiciary:-
As per the point of view of retired member judiciary Article 14 violates three classification:
HOW CONSTITUTION IS NOT VOILATING:-
Firstly the things which is mentioned by the retired is not clear in all three ways.
Fact:-
Constitution is only applicable to the citizens of India and it cannot be applied to anyone who is not citizen of India. CAA is implemented to give citizenship to the one who is not having citizenship in India and it is not cancelling or revoking anyone’s citizenship in India.
As stated by Amit Shah (Home minister) “CAA Nagarikta dene k liye hai, yeh Nagarika chine k liye nai hai”
FACT:-
Not including Ahmadiyyas, Hazaras and Shias is justifiable, as any part of Muslim majority is persecuted within officially declared Islamic state is an internal matter of Nation. If Islamic nation refuses to accept such people with some specific reason why should India shelter such people
FACT:-
This Act is not making any discrimination considering their religion, this is implemented to remove any discrimination and to send people who are no citizen of India and who are boycotted from other Islamic country for specific reason. Major benefit of this amendment is it gives citizenship who are in India for the period of more than 12 years by providing documents as proof of residence of ancestors to the officials of India
NPR:-
National Population Register is part of CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act 2019) which helps in the process of registration of specified person. It Is Mentioned In Citizenship (Registration of Citizenship and issue of national Identify Cards) Rules 2003
The NPR system is implemented for security purpose only through Aadhar database, Questions is not based on Census of India Rules. it Include documents that one need to submit to the NPR official while procedure is goes on which is mentioned above.
If Aadhar detail is mentioned in Birth and Death Certificate then another New NPR is not required.
It helps in protecting the rights of the citizens
